We do service Downtown, Houston. We have a map in our "Locations We Service" to show the guaranteed spots we do service in Houston. We only service hotels. Airbnb's are subjected to being accepted. This policy is to ensure the safety of our employees. House services will no longer be accepted. For the safety of our employees, we have the right to cancel an appointment due to unsafe location or if we find any threats towards our employee.
Here is a list of hotels we recommend from highest price to lowest price.
♡ - The Post Oak Uptown Houston (located by the galleria and it is the only Texas Forbes Five-Star hotel)
♡ - JW Marriott (located in downtown and has beautiful rooms)
♡ - Blossom Boutique (located in the med-center and has large rooms, modern, new, and quiet)
♡ - C. Baldwin (located in downtown and it is modern and new)
For last minute bookings, we block off our dates 2-4 days ahead in order to gather everything that is needed for our clients. If a last-minute booking is requested, there will be a last-minute booking fee of $65. Since it is a last-minute booking and payment will need to be paid outside of our business website and the payment must be paid in full as we do not allow deposits for last minute bookings.
After completing the booking process, the next step is to call your hotel and put one of our employees name down as a guest so that they may gain access to your room without you being there. Contact us if you would like to know the employee ahead of time, otherwise we will tell you as your appointment date comes closer.
♡ - Please be sure to send your final deposit at-least 24 hours before your appointment time otherwise your appointment is cancelled as per policy agreement and your first deposit is nonrefundable.
♡ - Please be sure to add the employees name as a guest in order for the employee to gain access to the room. Feel free to message us if we have yet to inform you of the employee that is assigned to your room.
♡ - Please be sure that you will be checked-in at the time of our arrival. Failure to comply will result in a 25-minute grace period, after the employee's arrival, in order to figure out how to check in otherwise we will have to cancel your appointment. We do NOT put our card on file by any means.
We unfortunately do not, however we highly recommend tipping your cleaning ladies to ensure you will not receive any extra fees for whatever reason it may be and to also thank them for cleaning up after your stay.
We do! Only if its Austin, San Antonio, or Houston. However the client must pay the travel fee. The travel fee covers the ticket/drive as well as our one-night stay.
If your location is a town that is outside of Houston, we cannot accommodate as we would not stay overnight. We only decorate at locations that are at most 30 miles away from 77441. We also have a map under "Locations we service" page to show which area we guarantee decorations.
♡ - After booking your desired time and date, we will message you prior our arrival to be sure that the final payment has been paid and to give you the employees name that you will need to put down as a guest in your reservations so they may retrieve a hotel key.
♡ - Once we have arrived at the appointment scheduled, we then head to the room and decorate for however long the duration of your package should take.
♡ - After the room is completed, we will leave the room key in the room and send photos if desired to show completion.
Then, you may enter your room and enjoy your romantic room design with your special someone.
